Yes, completely free. 98ph does not charge any registration fees, monthly subscriptions, or account maintenance fees. You only spend money when you choose to make a deposit and place a bet or join a game.

You must be at least 18 years old. This is a hard requirement under Philippine gaming regulations and under 98ph's own responsible gaming policy. Your date of birth is collected during registration and may be verified against a government-issued ID before your first withdrawal is processed.

No. Each person is allowed exactly one account at 98ph. Duplicate accounts violate our Terms and Conditions and will result in both accounts being suspended. If you've forgotten your login details, use the password reset option on the Login page rather than creating a new account.

Basic registration only requires your mobile number and email. Before your first withdrawal or when a compliance review is triggered, you will need to submit a valid Philippine government-issued ID. You can request account closure by emailing support@98ph.net from your registered email address. Include your full name, registered mobile number, and the reason for closure. Before the account is closed, any remaining balance will be transferred to your registered payment method. If you're closing the account due to gambling concerns, we recommend activating a self-exclusion through the Responsible Gaming settings first – this is faster and takes effect immediately.

Yes. Log in to your account, go to Account Settings, and find the Contact Details section. You can update your email directly from the settings page. To change your registered mobile number, you will need to verify ownership of the new number via OTP. If you no longer have access to your old number, contact support@98ph.net with a valid government ID to complete the update manually.

The minimum deposit is ₱100 for e-wallet transactions (GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph) and ₱200 for bank transfers (InstaPay, PESONet, BDO, BPI, UnionBank). Card deposits have a minimum of ₱300. There is no maximum deposit limit enforced by 98ph, though your chosen payment provider may have their own daily transfer limits.

GCash, Maya, GrabPay, and Coins.ph deposits are credited to your 98ph account within seconds in most cases. InstaPay transfers clear in under 30 minutes. PESONet transfers and bank-to-bank transactions can take up to 3 banking hours. Card deposits are typically confirmed within 5–10 minutes. If a deposit is still pending after the expected timeframe, contact support with your transaction reference number.

98ph does not charge any deposit processing fees. However, some payment providers charge their own transfer fees – for example, GCash charges a small fee on certain outgoing transfers. Check your e-wallet or bank app for any applicable charges before initiating a deposit. The amount that arrives in your 98ph account will be the net amount after any provider fees.

First, check your GCash, Maya, or bank app to confirm whether the transfer was deducted from your balance. If money left your account but hasn't appeared at 98ph within the expected timeframe, take a screenshot of your transaction receipt and email it to support@98ph.net. Include your 98ph username and the transaction reference number. Do not attempt to re-send the same deposit amount until the first transaction is resolved.

Yes. 98ph's Responsible Gaming tools allow you to set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account settings. Once the limit is reached, the system will block further deposits until the period resets. You can lower your limit immediately, but increasing it requires a 24-hour cooling period before the higher limit takes effect. This delay is intentional and designed to protect you from impulsive decisions.

Yes, new 98ph members receive a welcome bonus on their first deposit. The bonus is automatically credited to your account once the deposit clears. Withdrawals

Log in to your account and go to the Withdrawal section in your dashboard. Select your preferred payment method, enter the amount you want to withdraw in Philippine Pesos, and confirm the request. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method you used for your most recent deposit, as a standard fraud-prevention measure. Make sure your account is fully verified before submitting a withdrawal request.

GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 15–30 minutes during normal hours. Bank transfers via InstaPay clear within 1 hour. PESONet transfers can take up to 1 banking day. Withdrawals submitted outside of banking hours (weekends and public holidays) for bank-based methods may take an additional business day. Large withdrawal amounts may trigger a compliance review before release, which can add processing time.

The minimum withdrawal is ₱200 for all payment methods. There is no fixed maximum single withdrawal limit, but requests above ₱50,000 may be split into multiple transfers or subject to additional identity verification steps depending on the payment provider's own limits.

98ph does not charge internal withdrawal fees. Third-party payment providers may apply their own receiving fees in some cases – GCash and Maya generally do not charge for incoming transfers, but bank-to-bank transfers via PESONet may include a small BSP-regulated fee depending on your bank. You will see the exact amount credited to your account once the transfer is received.

If your withdrawal has exceeded the normal processing time, log in and check the status in your transaction history. A status of "Under Review" means the compliance team is processing it – this is normal for larger amounts or first-time withdrawals. If the status shows "Pending" for more than 2 hours on a GCash withdrawal or 1 business day for a bank transfer, email support@98ph.net with your transaction reference number and our team will investigate.

A pending withdrawal can be cancelled from your transaction history before it moves to "Processing" status. Once a withdrawal enters processing, it cannot be reversed. If you need to cancel and the request is already in processing, contact support immediately – though cancellation at that stage cannot be guaranteed. Funds from a cancelled withdrawal are returned to your 98ph account balance instantly.

Betting & Odds

The minimum single bet at 98ph is ₱10. This applies to most sports betting markets and live betting lines. Some special markets and parlay combinations may have different minimums – these are indicated next to the stake entry field when you're placing your bet.

Live betting allows you to place bets on events that are already in progress. Odds update in real time based on the current match situation. You can bet on outcomes like the next team to score, total points in the current quarter, or the final result – all while the game is happening. Note that odds can shift rapidly during live events, so a bet may be accepted at slightly different odds than originally displayed if there is a delay between clicking and confirmation.

Yes. 98ph supports parlay (combination) bets where you combine multiple selections into a single bet slip. All selections must win for the parlay to pay out, but the combined odds multiply your potential return significantly. You can add up to 12 selections in a single parlay. A minimum of 2 selections is required. Parlays are available for both pre-match and live betting markets.

If a match is officially cancelled or postponed before it begins, all bets on that event are voided and the stake is returned to your 98ph account balance. If a game is abandoned mid-match, settlement follows the official result at the time of abandonment if enough of the match was played under the relevant sporting regulations – otherwise, bets are voided. Most bets are settled automatically within minutes of the official result being confirmed. For PBA games, this is typically within 30 minutes of the final buzzer. International sporting events may take slightly longer depending on when official results are published by the relevant governing body. Once settled, winnings are added to your 98ph account balance immediately and are available for withdrawal or further betting.
